Shipping and payment conditions

General information about our shipping

We deliver exclusively by DHL. The delivery is made according to DHL's scale of charges. Deliveries are generally worldwide. Deliveries to countries that are not listed in the store shipping directory, we ask separately by e-mail to inquire.

We generally deliver abroad only against prepayment, nationally via all payment types seen on this site (see in the footer of this online store). For orders from abroad you will automatically receive an order confirmation with all necessary data. Please then make the advance payment. After receipt of payment your order will be shipped immediately (if in stock). Our parcel deliveries are generally insured up to 500 € value of goods.

Delivery times

The items immediately available in the store are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. All articles with a longer delivery time are usually produced in our house after your order. For this reason, the stated delivery times may deviate from the stated delivery times due to higher order levels. Delays in delivery, especially for custom-made products, do not entitle the customer to cancel the order.

Returns

If the ordered parts are defective or do not fit (in case of custom-made products), please contact us either by phone at +49 (0) 971 7851 197 or by mail to info@rf-biketech.de.

Returns must generally be paid by the customer. In case of justified complaints you will get your return shipping fee back.
