Tailpiece kit Ducati Scrambler 800
€699.00*
We have developed this GRP rear section especially for the Ducati Scrambler 800. The rear frame has to be shortened, then a bracket is screwed in, which is then used to mount the rear section. LED indicators, brake and rear lights are integrated into the rear section. After the conversion, the vehicle is a single-seater. We also recommend adding a side license plate.
ATTENTION: The vehicle must be brought to our workshop for this. We offer a pick-up and delivery service for Germany only, so if you are living in another country, you have to take care of the pickup and delivery yourself – we unfortunately can not offer the service ourselves at this time. Cost of installation in our workshop: 249 Euro.
Scope of delivery:
GRP tailpiece, unpainted
integrated blinkers
integrated brake and rear light
Seat black
Mounting material
TÜV documents
Triple clamp kit Ducati Scrambler 800
€1,299.00*
Surface:
Aluminum (raw)
We have developed this special triple clamp set for the Ducati Scrambler 800 in order to integrate the original speedometer. The brackets for the original headlight are also already provided. The triple clamp set is wider than the original to achieve the corresponding "fat" look. For this reason, a longer wheel axle and a brake disk spacer must also be fitted. As the triple clamp set does not have a handlebar mount, it can only be fitted in conjunction with handlebar stubs (available here in the store), which are fitted under the upper triple clamp. The clamp diameter for the stubs is 51 mm.
Scope of delivery:
Ready-to-install triple clamp set
Front wheel axle VA with wheel spacer
Brake disk spacer with screws
TÜV certificate
Single swing arm Ducati Scrambler 800
€3,898.00*
ABS:
without ABS

Surface:
Aluminum (raw)

Swing arm length:
Original length (up to max. 50 mm longer than original)
|
Swing arm width:
up to 240/260 tire
We have designed this single swingarm especially for the Ducati Scrambler 800. In principle, the swingarm is manufactured in the same design as our universal single-sided swingarm (also available here in the store). However, we offer this swingarm as an individual item due to the elaborate strut/shock absorber mount specifically for the 800 Scrambler.
The swingarm is available for wide tires from 240 to 360. We manufacture the swing arm exclusively according to the selected tire width - installation is plug & play. Nothing needs to be changed on the vehicle itself: Original swingarm out, RFB swingarm in, done. The integrated, tensionable pinion shaft compensates for chain misalignment due to the wide tire. At the end, the rear wheel is absolutely central to the vehicle axle (no offset).
We offer the swingarm with various surfaces such as raw aluminum, high-gloss polished, black, etc.
TÜV-Info (for Germany): We supply various documents such as technical drawing, material specification, TÜV sample report of an identical vehicle (if available) for individual TÜV approval (TÜV-Einzelabnahme). If there are any problems with the individual TÜV entry, we guarantee the TÜV entry in our workshop.
Scope of delivery:
Aluminum single swing arm, ready for installation incl. wheel bearings (swing arm is approx. 25-50 mm longer than original swing arm because of integrated pinion shaft) incl. mounted shock absorber holder
pre-assembled pinion shaft and wheel stub axle and swing arm bearings
cover pinion shaft
chain sprocket with adapter fit for the motorcycle
Trigger plate for ABS and holder for ABS sensor (only with variant "with ABS")
Chain guard RFB
TÜV-documents (for Germany): see info above
Rim widening from 3.0" x 17" up to 12.5" x 18"

Widening to::
3.0 x 17
We widen the original cast wheels of your motorcycle! The advantage is that you can then drive wider or even changed in diameter wheels / tires without having to make further changes to the bike. The wheel hubs remain unchanged, only the rim beds are changed. Of course you have to take into account the clearance wheel-chain, wheel-cardan, wheel-belt and the width of the swingarm.
In most cases, the original rim widening for motorcycles is also the most cost-efficient way to realize wheel size changes. For widening, the original rim beds are turned on special lathes and then machine-welded to corresponding larger rim beds using the TIG welding process. The weld is no longer visible in the outer area of the rim beds and the rim looks like a "normal" rim. A strength certificate with identification is enclosed.
Note: If you are unsure whether your rim can be widened, send us a picture by mail in advance! We will be happy to advise you. Here's why: Cast rims, which have a rim bed, into which no cast spokes run from the inner star, can generally be widened (that's most rims). However, there are also rims where the cast spokes merge into the rim bed. Here, it is usually difficult or even impossible to widen the wheel.
Furthermore, the following applies: A rim can be widened by a maximum of 2.0" in the same diameter, e.g. 3.5" x 17" to a maximum of 5.5" x 17". Wider is also possible, but then the diameter of the rim must be increased by 1", e.g. 5.5" x 17" to 10.0" x 18".
The wheels are blasted before processing and must be resurfaced after widening, which we of course also offer - just select the desired variant (coated, painted, polished).
Our variants here in the store are always based on delivered 17" or 18" wheels. Other dimensions on request by mail. Please send or deliver wheels without attachments (brake discs, tires, sprocket carrier) by mail to us.
The procedure:
Place your order here in the store or send us an e-mail request
Send the bike to us by mail (print out the order confirmation and put it in the package) to the address RF-Biketech GmbH, Mühlweg 10, 97720 Nüdlingen, Germany
We widen the wheel as desired and treat the surface depending on the variant
We send the widened wheel back to you
Scope of delivery:
Widened wheel (wheel bearings are not mounted but attached in the package)
technical report with identification (Festigkeitsgutachten) for TÜV (Germany)
