Do you want to have your motorcycle rims polished or high-gloss compacted? No problem - we offer you the option of having only the rim bed mirror polished or the complete rim mirror compacted. The rims must be made of aluminum or cast aluminum (99% of series rims are). After polishing/compacting, the rim beds or the complete rim appear in a mirror-like shine (similar optics as with chrome plating). Procedure: You send us the rim without tires and without attachments (brake discs, sprocket carrier) to RF-Biketech GmbH, Mühlweg 10, 97720 Nüdlingen, Germany. Depending on the variant, we polish (2 weeks processing time) or high gloss compact (4 weeks processing time) the rims. We send the rims back to you. Cleaning and care: Your rims are protected by the polishing by a wax layer, so that the shine is permanently maintained with normal care. The rims can be cleaned normally with water and detergent. We still recommend to repolish the rim from time to time with an aluminum polish such as Never Dull or Luster Pad. TÜV information (for Germany): High gloss compacting does NOT reduce the strength of the rim, in fact the surface gets a higher strength. A good TÜV-engineer knows this and will also register the high gloss compacting for you. However, this entry will not work everywhere, so we guarantee the TÜV entry in our house, should there be any problems. High gloss polishing of the rim beds is not subject to registration. Attention: Price per rim!

We manufacture wheel hubs for almost all motorcycles, whether chain, belt or cardan drive. The wheel hubs are made of high-strength aluminum using CNC technology. The original cast wheels of your vehicle serve as samples. We then need these for taking dimensions - so you must send us the wheels by mail. (or bring them by). Of course you will get them back intact. Of course we manufacture the wheel hubs also after drawing/sketch. The wheel hubs are generally manufactured for 40 or 60 spokes including mounted wheel bearings. Note: For the rear wheel hubs, we always continue to use the original sprocket carrier with dampers of the cast wheel, i.e. the rear wheel hub is manufactured accordingly in this respect. Complete ready spoked wheels (with corresponding wheel hubs) can also be ordered here in the store. In terms of price, front wheel hubs differ in terms of outer diameter: the diameter depends on the bolt circle of the brake disc, which you can measure yourself. As a rule of thumb: bolt circle diameter up to 88 mm = front wheel hub up to 150 mm diameter. More than 88 mm bolt circle diameter = front wheel hub over 150 mm diameter. Of course, the surface of the wheel hubs can also be selected in the variants aluminum raw, high gloss polished, coated in black gloss / matte or special colors in RAL.
